JOB DESCRIPTION:

CBS, a division of SumnerOne, is currently seeking a highly motivated sales professional to share their talents and grow their skills as a member of our sales management team. They must have a passion for sales, a passion for meeting new people and a passion for helping develop a highly motivated and successful sales team.

The position includes a personal sales territory, quota and goals along with a regional management territory, quota and goals. Working with our current and future team members in NW Arkansas and our Management to train, motivate and develop a high functioning sales team. We provide training, ongoing vendor, manager and educational training, and monthly sales recognition meetings. Highly developed sales skills are a must, management and industry experience are preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospecting for new business via telephone and in person at customer sites and assisting and training subordinate Sales reps in the same.
• Securing appointments with new and current customers and assisting and training subordinate Sales reps in the same.
• Upgrading existing customers and assisting and training subordinate Sales reps in the same
• Consulting with customers to find customized business solutions and assisting and training subordinate Sales reps in the same.
• Product demonstrations and presentations and assisting and training subordinate Sales reps in the same.
• Updating CRM system with all account information and assisting and training subordinate Sales reps in the same.
• Maintaining accurate monthly funnel report and schedule in CRM system and assisting and training subordinate Sales reps in the same.
• Writing sales orders, leases, credit applications, and other forms if necessary and assisting and training subordinate Sales reps in the same.
• Complete and total dedication to the development of the NW Arkansas territory and in the development of a team that will fulfil the company goals and expectations.

COMPENSATION:

• Corporate Business Systems compensates our sales management with a salary based on experience + commissions, bonuses, monthly incentives, sales incentive trips, cell phone and auto allowances.
