Job Information

Responsible for the efficient operations of the parts division of the Operations Department. Maintains contact with vendors for acquiring necessary items & ensuring proper receipt. Constantly works to cut costs & provide the best product to our customers both internal & external. Reports to Operations Manager.


  • Receiver for all parts into inventory
  • Confirms packing list on all parts purchases received
  • Generates Sale Orders
  • Maintains positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, internal & external customers
  • Performs cycle counting to account for inventory in a timely & efficient manner
  • Ensures all required paperwork is logged & distributed efficiently
  • Maintains accurate database for vendor & item information and pricing.
  • Generates usage reports for financial analysis
  • Generates requested reports
  • Prepare, ship & follow through on all Part Orders
  • Data Entry
  • Daily Shipping
  • Monitor technician car stock & corrects as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Previous Purchasing/Inventory experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to utilize Windows (PC)
  • Knowledge of the copier industry is helpful, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of E-Automate is helpful, but not mandatory


  • Frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent Stooping, Bending, Squatting, Kneeling
  • Constant Walking, Standing, Sitting
  • Frequent Close Vision (clear vision at 20″ or less)
  • Constant Use of hands for computer, phone, and lifting items.
  • Constantly communicating orally and in written format with internal/external customers
  • Constant use of manual dexterity for computer and 10-key
  • Frequent use of basic mathematical principals

Non- Exempt. Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
